Smart Kidz (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the Smart Kidz mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you use it.
Smart Kidz is a children’s educational app. It does not collect, store, or share any personal data on any server, and it contains no advertisements. All app data stays on your device.
We do not collect, transmit, or have access to:
The App does not use Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, advertising SDKs, or any other third-party tracking or advertising service.
The App requests the following device permissions, used strictly as described:

| Camera / Photo library | Lets you pick or crop a picture (e.g., for an avatar or a coloring activity). Selected images are stored only on your device and are never uploaded anywhere. |
| Storage | Saves your progress, completed activities, and any images/screenshots you create locally on your device. |
| Internet | Used only to load a small number of built-in interface icons and images that are bundled with the app experience, and, if you choose to use the “Share” feature, to open your device’s native share sheet (e.g., to share a screenshot with the Google Play Store link). No personal or usage data is sent to us or to any third party through this connection. |
Your child’s progress, scores, and preferences (such as completed puzzles or coloring pages) are saved using on-device local storage and a local database. This information never leaves your device, is not accessible to us, and is deleted automatically if you uninstall the App.
Smart Kidz is designed for use by children. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children or any other user, in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play’s Families Policy. Because no data is collected or transmitted, no personal information is ever stored or shared.
The App does not display advertisements of any kind and does not integrate any advertising network or ad SDK.
The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or data-collection services.
Since we do not collect any data, we do not sell, share, rent, or trade any data with third parties.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by an updated “Effective date” at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
